Job Responsibilities

Oversee VEN CENTER regional operations and personnel
Provide leadership and support to clinical staff
Build and maintain relationships with patients and partners
Enforce departmental standards and ensure productivity and KPI goals
Conduct outreach to high-risk communities
Educate patients about treatment options
Conduct psychosocial assessments
Support treatment adherence and documentation
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards

Managerial experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and EMR systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Phlebotomy experience
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend activities

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of public health principles related to HIV, HCV, STIs, harm reduction
Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability
Problem-solving skills

Requirements

Experience:

Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
