Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide safe, therapeutic care to patients.
Provide services for acutely ill patients with medical/surgical diagnoses or maternal child health.
Function as a member of the interdisciplinary and nursing teams.
Carry out established nursing procedures.
Perform nursing care for patients with complex, multisystem needs.
Demonstrate investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and the organization.
Apply good interpersonal and communication processes utilizing verbal and non-verbal skills.

Experience: 1 year of acute care experience

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing; graduate of nursing program
