Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Utilize systematic planning, appropriate methods, and timely exchange of information with multidisciplinary team and patient/family to coordinate care.
Actively communicate with care team to plan patient care.
Utilize available resources to problem-solve and determine most effective approach to action.
Provide patient care that incorporates individualized, goal-directed interventions consistent with current standards of safety.
Identify actual/potential problems for which the patient is at risk.
Continuously evaluate interventions and care, adjusting the plan as patient and family needs change.
Collaborate with patient, family, and other team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care.
Demonstrate accountability for achieving patient outcomes and document care according to guidelines.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, analyzing and adapting to social/cultural variables.

Experience: 1 Year clinical experience

Education: Graduate of nursing school
