Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Delegate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring expectations for care delivery are communicated.
Assess appropriateness of physician orders and communicate with the physician when necessary.
Document care according to department guidelines and policies.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, addressing potential barriers.
Advocate for patients by identifying their needs and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
Assist and support coworkers and provide positive feedback.
Provide age-appropriate patient education related to recovery and health maintenance.
Coordinate transfer and discharge planning with healthcare teams.
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care and evaluate interventions.
Participate in teaching and guiding other nurses in the application of nursing processes.
Demonstrate accountability for achieving patient outcomes.

Experience: 2 Years clinical experience

Education: Graduate of nursing school
