Pay: $29.50 - $44.50, $10,000 Sign on Bonus
Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts, Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms.
- Guide patients to the appropriate level of care.
- Schedule patient appointments over the phone with appropriate healthcare providers/facilities/physicians.
- Document information provided to patients during triage in health record systems.
- Record patients' health conditions for follow-up care.
- Maintain and develop triage protocols.
- Ensure patients' healthcare information is updated on time.
- Educate patients based on inquiries received.

- Experience in a triage setting

Requirements
Experience: One year of healthcare experience preferred.
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
License & Certification:
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours per week
