Job Responsibilities
- Conduct patient care assessment.
- Plan and implement a plan of care.
- Evaluate patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
- Take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under supervision.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- One (1) year of RN experience in the Operating Room
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
- Demonstration of positive behaviors
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2+ years OR experience
Requirements
Experience: 1 year of RN experience in the Operating Room
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
License & Certification:
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
Schedule:
- Rotating nights and weekends call required
