Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
Collaborate with patients, their family members/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care.
Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures.

Knowledge of principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Professional education, training, or additional certifications in specialty areas
Bachelors Degree

Experience: 1 Year Experience In Area Of Clinical Specialty (Preferred)
