Job Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit.
- Manage and supervise related clinical activities on a day-to-day basis.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Hospital acute care experience
- Active State Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS certification if applicable)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS certification)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS certification if applicable)
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work across various units like OR.
Requirements
Experience: 2 years of hospital acute care experience
Education: Associate's degree from an accredited school; must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
License & Certification:
- Active State Registered Nurse License
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
- AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS if applicable)
- AHA PALS
- AHA NIHSS (if applicable)
