Job Title: RN On-Call - Hospice
Position: Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $74,000 - $80,000 per year
Shift: 7 on/7 off; Mon-Thurs 4:30pm - 8:00am; OR Weekends Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8:00am

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Provide support for families, sharing knowledge and expertise in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one year of experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Computer proficiency, including EMR background
- Current CPR certification if required by state
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospice care
