Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians.
- Deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures.
- Cultivate a patient-centric environment that addresses the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and functional needs of patients and families.
- Serve as the focal professional for continuity of care within scope of practice standards.
- Implement safe and accurate anesthetic care.
- Monitor vital signs, capnography, and pulse oximetry during anesthesia according to ASA guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate documentation as per hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Engage in professional development to maintain and advance competency.

Preferred Skills
- Experience as a CRNA within the specialty/service line
Requirements
Experience: Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA; none required.
Education: Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program.
License & Certification:
- AANA Certification
- State of Connecticut RN License
- State of Connecticut APRN License
- ACLS Certification
- DEA Registration
- State of Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
Schedule:
- Availability for off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of call rotation.
- Willingness to respond to emergency calls.
