Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the 12-month Novice RN Resident Program to support transition from academic to clinical setting.
- Engage in unit-specific orientation paired with experienced preceptors for 8 to 12 weeks.
- Attend Nurse Residency sessions held twice a month for the first 3 months and monthly thereafter during the first year.
- Build relationships across the hospital during the first year of practice.
