Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to newborns during the critical first two hours of life.
- Attend deliveries and perform resuscitation as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure the overall well-being of newborns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document newborns’ progress and condition.
- Prepare women for cesarean sections (CS) and manage recovery processes for both vaginal and CS deliveries.
- Stock supplies and perform various tasks to support the department.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and other nurses.

Requirements
Experience: Must have 1 year of Labor & Birth experience.
Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas.
- BLS through the American Heart Association.
