Job Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate patient/family needs.
- Provide preventative and supportive care to the terminally ill patient/family unit.
- Utilize assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort.
- Enhance the quality of life for the patient/family unit.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
Education: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

- Valid Florida State Driver’s License
