Job Responsibilities
- Supervises, directs, and provides services to patients to maintain the greatest level of functioning, independence, and recovery.
- Acts as a resource person for Patient Guides (PGs) and assists them with their duties as needed.
- Completes health monitoring and coordination of patient services.

Experience:
Education: Graduate of an accredited /approved School of Nursing
