Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical data integrity to the facility.
- Serve as a resource for the facility regarding documentation in the medical record.
- Perform concurrent reviews of the medical record to improve documentation.
- Educate physicians regarding documentation requirements as needed.
- Evaluate the quality of clinical documentation.
- Provide training and education to the physicians.
- Provide work flow direction.
- Be responsible for queries.

Preferred Skills
- Inpatient coding experience
Requirements
Experience: One (1) year of Inpatient Coding experience preferred.
Education: Graduate of a Program in Discipline - Required
License & Certification:
- Current registered nurse licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days
