Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the Clinic to deliver optimal quality care to patients in each outpatient setting.
- Maintain excellent quality in medical assistant and nursing work, clinical supplies and equipment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the site managers and medical director to maximize clinical efficiency and effectiveness in the service line.
- Empower, motivate, and encourage staff, providing development by showing an interest, delegating when appropriate, and identifying training needs and resources.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to staff's ideas and communicate effectively.
- Participate in associate selection and retention efforts.

Requirements
Experience:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
License & Certification:
