Job Responsibilities
- Perform client assessment and diagnosis for adult clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Complete psychiatric assessments
- Provide psychiatric diagnoses based on DSM-IV-TR Axis 1-5
- Prescribe psychotropic medications
- Carry a caseload
- Communicate with attending physicians
- Provide comprehensive follow-up
- Participate in required meetings

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in behavioral health
Requirements
Experience: Preferably previous experience in behavioral health.
Education: Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
License & Certification:
- Current licensure and certification in Missouri
