Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - 1:1 Private Duty Nurse - RN / LPN

Position: Compassionate and experienced nursing role providing 1:1 care in a home setting

Job Type: Per Diem

Pay: $45/hr for RN

Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to the patient in the home setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
Perform assessments and document observations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with agency policies.
Collaborate with the family, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow infection control, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
Provide education to the patient and family regarding disease management, medications, and health maintenance.
Utilize medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, feeding tubes, suction machines) when required by the patient’s plan of care.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
