Follow an individualized home health plan of care
Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care
Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Current credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)
FBI and Child Abuse Clearances
Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test or Chest X-ray or Blood Test

At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Willingness to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
