- Support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care.
- Perform multi-skilled activities to achieve desired outcomes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Patient care experience in a healthcare facility
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), EMT or Paramedic certification
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or enrollment in a healthcare related program
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Nursing Fundamentals course at an accredited institution
Requirements
Experience: One year of patient care work experience in a health care facility
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
License & Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 2 weeks of hire
Schedule:
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
