Job Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule nursing staff across day and residential shifts, including overnight coverage.
- Provide direct care including assessments, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Develop and maintain individualized health care plans and emergency protocols.
- Collaborate with behavioral, psychiatric, dietary, and educational teams to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and medical records.
- Serve as a liaison between families, physicians, external agencies, and school staff.
- Monitor inventory and manage medication and medical supply logistics.
- Oversee nursing-related training and professional development across the department.
- Provide on-call clinical support when nurses are not present on-site.
