Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Position: Lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Cedar Rapids market area

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $115,000 to $155,000 annual compensation with quarterly bonus

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Lead the Wound Care Clinic program in collaboration with Healogics
Provide procedural wound care services primarily to geriatric patients
Conduct minor procedures such as suturing, debridement, and incision and drainage (I&D)
Work with a full clinical team including Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, and support staff
Average 15 to 22 patient encounters per day in the outpatient clinic
Participate in training for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Required Skills

Core Skills

Clean and active state license
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Procedural experience in simple sutures and I&D

Preferred Skills

Experience with non-dermatological procedures
Leadership potential

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of NP experience required

Schedule:

Standard work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week
No night shifts, on-call responsibilities, or weekend hours
