Job Responsibilities
- Manage clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s)
- Manage human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources
- Achieve and maintain the goals of a unit or department by focusing on daily operations
- Promote a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers
- Support associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education

Requirements
Experience: 3 years RN experience, 1 year clinical leadership experience
Education: High School GED required; a degree in nursing (BSN or MSN) required; Master's Degree preferred
License & Certification:
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Clinical and/or Leadership certification within 6 months of hire
