Job Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of best practice models.
Manage patient care delivery systems and practice standards across several locations.
Delegate tasks related to the investigation and resolution of patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Facilitate collaboration with physicians, outside healthcare providers, and other team members for optimal patient care.
Proactively monitor resource needs in clinical areas.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Provide clinical supervision, maintain clinical expertise, and ensure compliance with job responsibilities.
Perform clinical duties as required.
Create and advocate for developmental opportunities for others.
Solicit and act on performance feedback.
Hire, train, and develop talent for growth opportunities.
Oversee implementation of organizational changes and stay updated with industry trends.
Foster open dialogue and collaboration within and across teams.
Translate business plans into actionable items and manage designated units or teams.
Negotiate timelines for action item implementation and monitor compliance to financial commitments.
Develop and implement operational initiatives and manage program services.
Design continuous survey readiness activities and lead in compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage improvements to operations and technology processes through strategic projects.
Drive continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations or a directly related field.

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
Basic Life Support is required at hire
