Job Responsibilities
- Engage staff in decision making via shared governance processes.
- Partner with others to promote relationship-based care delivery systems.
- Serve as the unit's chief retention and safety officer.
- Manage talent and deploy human and material resources effectively.
- Analyze and manage financial resources to improve performance.
- Communicate effectively on nursing, health care, and organizational issues.
- Establish a healthy workplace to promote achievement of positive team dynamics.
- Build relationships with staff, departments, and medical staff.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and staff.
- Promote staff competency in clinical care delivery.
- Hold self and staff to high professional standards and corporate compliance.

- BLS - Instructor or Basic Life Support
- RN-Compact or Reg Nurse (Single State)
