Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care.
- Manage the administrative aspects of multiple nursing units.
- Oversee FTE's over 80 on a 24-hour basis.
- Fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Requirements
Experience: 3 years of recent clinical experience as a nurse, including managerial experience in nursing.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
License & Certification:
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
