Supervise a team of Medication Managers/CNAs to ensure quality health care for residents.
Assess resident needs and prepare and maintain Service Plans in collaboration with families and other services.
Assist in evaluating necessary health care services relative to lifestyle accommodations.
Communicate and counsel with residents, family members, and the Director of Assisted Living regarding potential problems, needs, and care plans.
Perform skin assessments, quarterly assessments, and follow up on falls and incidents.
Orient, train, and provide ongoing training and supervision for team members.
Conduct orientation for each employee.
Provide input and develop performance evaluations; recommend actions on employee complaints, resolutions, and terminations.
Assist in monitoring employee progress and provide feedback to the Director of Assisted Living as necessary.
