Job Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and manages clinical programs, services, and activities consistent with company policy.
- Assists with the oversight of the agency’s growth related to home care.
- Serve as the clinical expert in operational and financial management of the agency.
- Investigate and take appropriate actions on client/consumer complaints.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs of clinical staff.
- Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration.
- Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual evaluations.
- Oversee case management to ensure financially sound services.
- Manage caseload as needed for client coverage.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Clinical program management
- Operational and financial management expertise
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years RN experience in healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Active CPR certification
