Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $750 CME allowance per year, Starting bonus, Bonus Incentive, Mileage pay, 401k eligible after 90 days
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform minor surgeries (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Conduct suturing
- Provide splinting services
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management
- Review x-rays, with radiologist oversight
- Provide general dermatology care
- Address general eye problems
- Interpret general EKGs
- Utilize emergency management skills
- Demonstrate general GYN expertise
- Treat children of all ages
- Engage in occupational medicine
- Provide telemedicine services
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite

Education: MSN or higher education required
License & Certification:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Schedule:
- Shifts determined two months in advance
- Work hours are subject to change based on company needs
