Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes and financial performance.
Manage efficient operations of Labor and Delivery, Ante Partum, Mother Baby, and Level IV Neonatal ICU.
Drive patient-focused nursing and ancillary staff performance.
Maintain an environment that fosters shared governance.
Design, implement, and ensure compliance with evidence-based policies and quality initiatives.
Improve workflow efficiencies and inspire a team of 200+.
Create cost-reduction strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree; either bachelor’s or graduate degree must be in nursing.
