Job Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of terminal care in hospice nursing.
Supervise the staff and manage documentation requirements.
Oversee service coordination and case management.
Ensure excellent communication skills in support of employees, patients, and families.
Supervise day-to-day office and clinical operations.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver interdisciplinary team interventions.
Assign appropriate staff members to patients and families.
Act as a staff nurse when necessary.
Participate in community awareness and education programs.
