Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct and review MDS assessments.
- Manage OBRA and Medicare schedules.
- Support interdisciplinary care planning.
- Participate in utilization review and quality assurance.
- Maintain high standards in resident well-being, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Florida
- Minimum three to five years related experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in the RAI/CP/PDPM process
- Excellent communication skills verbally and electronically
- Thorough organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred Skills
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management

License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
