- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult and geriatric clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment.
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home Health experience
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience
Preferred Skills
- Supervisory experience
