Provide administrative, clinical, and logistical support to infusion therapy teams.
Triaging patient clinical needs.
Conduct clinical referral review.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide re-education and training on infusion therapy protocols.
Act as a professional liaison between physicians, patients, and the care team.
Educate patients on protocol changes and safety measures.
Collaborate with physicians and assimilate information quickly.
Resolve clinical and administrative patient care problems.
Address technical and clinical infusion therapy issues.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide patient education based on disease state, treatment, access, and adherence.
Assist patients with understanding infusion therapy procedures and coordinating access to necessary resources.
Support sales staff in growing new business by accompanying them on sales calls.
Answer incoming telephone calls as needed.
Provide effective and safe teaching using a patient-centered care approach.
Respond promptly and appropriately to escalate requests and initiate emergency procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent; infusion nursing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Proof of TB screening
