Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
- Utilize systematic planning and appropriate methods to coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple patient needs and aspects of care.
- Actively communicate with care team to plan patient care.
- Utilize available resources to problem-solve and determine effective approaches to action.
- Utilize nursing process and critical thinking to provide individualized and goal-directed patient care.
- Identify actual/potential patient problems and evaluate interventions to adjust the care plan.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Delegate and communicate expectations for care delivery processes to team members.
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, anticipating and addressing potential problems.
- Provide age-appropriate patient education and support health maintenance and wellness.

- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare)
- Driver's License
