Job Responsibilities

Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
Shape exceptional patient journeys every day.
Leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
Determine staffing and assignments based on availability, skills, and patient needs.
Provide direct patient care when necessary and assist with problem-solving.
Evaluate care effectiveness and address patient care concerns.
Ensure proper protocols are followed.
Oversee tasks such as admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Ensure staff have the necessary resources.
Promote evidence-based practices and foster a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Current state RN license
Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
Basic Life Support certification
ACLS certification
PALS certification (required within six months of hire)
Experience in acute care hospital setting (preferred)
