Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM; 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (if 12-hour option chosen), rotational weekends, on-call within 30 minutes

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Lead and direct the health care team, delegating tasks appropriately and demonstrating accountability.
Participate in problem identification and resolution.
Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities.
Develop and contribute to the individualized plan of care, ensuring it reflects multidisciplinary planning.
Monitor patient progress based on the care plan and revise as necessary.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and standards of practice.
Chart patient information accurately and utilize computer systems for optimal patient care.
Discuss patient findings and progress with other health care team members.
Practice customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to other team members.
Organize work to minimize overtime and identify systems improvement opportunities.

Requirements
