Job Responsibilities

Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action for improvement as appropriate.
Ensure the continual operation of a specified nursing unit.
Manage resources to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
Coach, motivate, mentor, and lead a professional and technical team.
Assure quality of care for patients.
Implement necessary changes to the unit.
Participate in outstanding customer service for patients, families, and physicians.
