Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
- Responsible for a clinic unit.
- Coordinate the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs.
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration).
- Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff.

Requirements
Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience; a minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II EQ Only.
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
License & Certification:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR
- ACLS as applicable (based on department)
- NRP required for Post-partum, Nursery, L&D
- Wound-Ostomy Certification or Training in Wound Care and/or Ostomy Care for Wound Care specialty
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring for L&D required within six months
