Job Responsibilities

Assist Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations with all patient care activities.
Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient patient care adhering to relevant standards.
Be responsible for compliance with hospice policies and procedures.
Promote and direct the assigned team regarding quality of care and safety of patients and staff.
Engage in thorough problem resolution and complaint investigation.
Provide in-services to staff to promote patient health and safety.
Familiarize staff with regulatory issues and agency policies and procedures.
