Fulfill an important role as a central patient care provider
Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care compatible with the Neonatal Level of Care Designation, Level II
Collaborate with all healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care
Utilize physical assessment skills and advanced diagnostic technology to assess patient nursing care needs
Analyze, synthesize, and disseminate collected data to other healthcare providers
Continuously monitor and assess the patient's physical condition, emotional and social needs
Refine the plan-of-care to ensure achievement of desired outcomes for both patient and facility
Provide patient-specific care standards as directed
Follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction

Experience: 1 year or more of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
