Job Responsibilities

Audit program medications; discuss errors with administration; help administration correct errors as appropriate.
Provide medication training to staff, both first-time training and ongoing.
Learn MAP protocols, and become a MAP trainer (RN).
Learn Gándara Medication policy and provide staff training.
Provide triage to ill children/adolescents as needed.
Collaborate with Doctor’s offices on medical treatment for youth.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Massachusetts RN Licensure
1-year minimum experience, ideally in residential facilities
Experience working with children/adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment
Ability to travel between sites

Preferred Skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience in residential facilities
