Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a specialized pediatric neurology setting.
- Initiate and order selected therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, consultations, and laboratory examinations.
- Prescribe medication regimens and interpret findings.
- Alter plan of care according to accepted standards of care and practice guidelines.
- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, maintenance, disease prevention, and management of acute/chronic illnesses.
- Document findings and plans of care in the patient's medical record.
- Participate in team meetings and conferences to enhance interdisciplinary care delivery.
- Develop plans of care based on the diagnoses and individual patient needs.
- Record, report, and interpret patients' responses to the plan of care.
- Work in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

Requirements
Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
License & Certification:
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN
- Current RN license from the state of Missouri
- Current ARNP license from the state of Missouri
