Job Responsibilities
- Serve as nursing supervisor during non-administrative tours.
- Manage and direct employees, allocating resources and making staffing changes as needed.
- Deliver complex patient care while demonstrating leadership.
- Organize the delivery of care ensuring continuity and peer accountability.
- Apply clinical knowledge to promote staff involvement in planning and decision-making.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to formulate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for ongoing patient care.
- Consult with providers and round on units.
- Provide programmatic outcomes to nursing leadership to improve patient care.

Requirements
Experience: Experience in a nursing supervisory role preferred.
Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
License & Certification:
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a US State, Territory or Commonwealth.
Schedule:
- Flexible to work all tours, Sunday - Saturday.
