Job Responsibilities
- Manage operations of the assigned unit
- Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensure adequate staffing for residents' needs
Required Skills
Core Skills
- State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Knowledge of nursing management
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing a nursing department or unit
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
