Job Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers.
Deliver convenient, friendly patient care to all who seek health-related services.
Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during emergencies while maintaining a comforting demeanor for patients.
Perform medical assessments, treatment, management, and follow-up of clinic patients including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, DOT physicals, and workers compensation.
Conduct medical procedures such as laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage.
Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients.
Oversee, direct, and support on-site laboratory, x-rays, injections, and collections for direct access services.
Maintain clinical core competency.
Work with Center Leadership and staff to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
Participate in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
Assist with in-service and continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, and other personnel.
Recommend growth and development ideas for new and existing services within the Center.
Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
Participate in development and presentation of education programs for staff.
Represent the Company and clinic at internal and external meetings or events.
Provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Experience as a Provider for a minimum of 2 years
State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant
Certification as an APRN through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire
DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
BLS certification
