Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes and financial performance.
Oversee efficient operations of Labor and Delivery, Ante Partum, Mother Baby, and Level IV Neonatal ICU.
Drive the delivery of patient-focused nursing and ancillary staff.
Maintain an environment that fosters shared governance and high-level performance.
Collaborate to design, implement, and ensure compliance with evidence-based policies and practices.
Improve workflow efficiencies and inspire a team of over 200 staff.
Create cost-reduction strategies and lead innovative ways to optimize performance.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of five years’ progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration with significant current experience in Labor and Delivery and OB.

Education: Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree; either must be in nursing.

License & Certification:

Current New York State RN license
Current AHA BLS
