Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of the team of field staff
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Review plans of care daily for compliance with Medicare regulations
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Problem-solve issues related to the delivery of home health care services

- Detailed knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
Preferred Skills
- Previous home health experience
- Management/supervisory experience
Requirements
Experience: Minimum one year nursing experience within the last 36 months; Medicare home health experience preferred
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
License & Certification:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
