Position: Clinical Specialist in Medication Delivery Solutions
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $100K-$120K - Annual Range includes Base + Incentive
Shift: Minimum of 4 days in-office presence per week

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Regional Team to ensure the sales and conversion management process is clinically effective throughout the timeline of pre-validation to retention.
- Develops strong, working relationships with end-users while providing product in-servicing and clinical education.
- Facilitates customer training classes in support of conversion or retention for key customers.
- Collaborates with the Sales Team in key account management strategy sessions.
- Has responsibility for managing per Diem nurses.
- Trains and mentors contract nursing staff to consistently help build their clinical skills.
- Identifies high potential nurses within the group to be considered for the role of Clinical Specialist.
- Conducts VAM assessments supporting both Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales bags.
- Provides monthly updates to the Clinical Manager on regional training activities and support provided in region.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of general clinical experience
- Three (3) years of hands-on experience specializing in ultrasound for vascular access device insertion
- Proven training skills
- Strong understanding and knowledge of infusion therapy and vascular access
- Ability to travel up to 70% to conduct training
Preferred Skills
- Experience in trade shows to promote product lines
- Valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history
Requirements
Experience: Five (5) years of general clinical experience, including three (3) years in vascular access
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse license
Schedule:
- Travel up to 70% for training
- Minimum of 4 days in-office presence per week
