Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services by liaising with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, discuss improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as required.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in hospital or specialized healthcare setting
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered
License & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
